This is a version of my original artwork when I was a tattoo artist, cast on to a twist operated ballpoint pen.
The banner says "Death Be Not Proud" with a rose and skull in a bound wooden triangle.
The pen has an easily refillable ballpoint ink cartridge, with instructions on how to change it included. Refills are available online and in most office supply stores.
I make these as orders are placed so please expect 3-5 days until the pen ships.
